Goals
MY GOALS
Take a step back, think about what you want. What can you realistically achieve each week and month? Think about this… without setting goals, there is far less value and purposeful direction. Your goals need to be realistic AND measurable. For example, a 40 year old woman weighing 180 pounds wishing to weigh 110 pounds within 3 months is specific, measurable and time related, however unrealistic. If weight loss is a goal, generally speaking, a safe weight loss rate is ½ to 2 pounds per week depending on your current body weight.
