  • All fitness levels will be comfortable. We will not leave anyone behind. You will not be forced to exceed your fitness level. Group camaraderie will inspire and motivate all team members.

  • Circuit and interval training, strength training, TRX suspension training, core strengthening, and flexibility at all levels. Medical Exercise and Applied Neuro philosophies and methods are included in all programming.

  • Medical Exercise helps us to move, feel, and live better. As needed, Sheryl will perform initial screens to help identify possible muscle imbalances and design a program to help address those. Benefits include injury prevention, improved posture, eliminating pain, and overall improved function.

  • Please wear a comfortable, well supported sneaker, along with a water bottle, mat, and towel.

  • Depending on your goals, we may begin with a consultation regarding your current status and goals. We offer unlimited email and group (Facebook) support for exercise and nutrition customization and guidance, that is within our scope of practice. As needed, you can journal daily food intake and exercise to hand into your instructor monthly for evaluation, support and guidance.

  • You should expect improvement in your overall fitness level as well as more confidence and greater self esteem. You will be totally proud of your overall achievement in this program.
