Before diving into the phases of your personalized program, we invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit. This is opportunity to discuss your individual needs, goals, and any questions. Together we explore whether our approach aligns with your expectations in helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.

PHASE 1: Setting Up
STEP 1: Fill out paperwork (approx 15 minutes) to help us get to know You and personalize your full program:

PHASE 2: Your Program!
STEP 1: Watch the three short Trainerize videos https://www.living4health.com/trainerizevideos to help you navigate and use the app for your workouts when we are not together.
STEP 2: Start your program ! Feel free to arrive early to your sessions to help warm up

When you arrive: on street parking available; please enter through garage and the gym is directly to your left down the stairs.
Feel free to choose a cardio machine or other method to warm up if arriving early
STEP 3: During your sessions, please ask any questions about the exercises or drills you are asked to perform
STEP 4: When not with your trainer, reach out any time with questions, progress updates, etc. We love hearing from you!
PHASE 3: Post-Program
STEP 1: Complete end of program short survey: https://www.living4health.com/feedback and receive a $10 Amazon GC if comfortable leaving your name and open to us using your comments as a testimonial.
