I am dedicated to helping individuals recover from injuries/ailments and improve their physical well-being through specialized programs (fitness, medical exercise, applied neurology), allowing them to return to activities they love, with confidence and strength.

Sheryl works closely with every individual to help incorporate a customized fitness program through comprehensive assessments, realistic goal setting and lifestyle education to reach and maintain success.
Sheryl specializes in unique and fun workout programs that incorporate core (abs) training in almost every exercise, along with an appropriate cardio, strength and flexibility regime. She utilizes effective training methods including interval training, circuit training, heart rate monitoring and many other proven principles to keep clients continually raising their fitness level and building their own skills. Sheryl believes if you have a strong core, you help enhance strength everywhere else, which creates much less risk for injury and is better for overall function in life.
